PCBA for our ESP32-S3 DAQ Board w/ CAN

This is our first ESP32-S3 application. It includes CAN (J1939), two A/D channels (voltage input), multiple DAQ inputs tied to 10K Type 2 temp sensors, one on-board temp sensor, one I2C dP sensor tied to AllSensors, one I2C input tied to a display (2 lines, 20 characters), and two I2C external inputs that we plan on connecting to methane sensors (or anything else). Beautiful work!
