They are proud of their work, and when something goes South they expeditiously make it right at their expense. We consider PCBWay a partner in our venture, and are very glad to have them as our PCB and PCBA support. Also, big shout out to Angell our internal advocate at PCBWay she is an excellent communicator and champions our cause at the factory. We have tried other suppliers in China and TW with varying degrees of success, however, PCBWay is our primary choice.
