Production of special flexible board

Hello! I am senior technician of the company "Ateko-TM", Valery.

We need to produce special flexible doard for our new project.


The main board characteristics (mm): 


  1. Size: 20 x 40 (for the first test, the next orders will larger )

  2. Type of board: flexable, two-way.

  3. !!! Total thickness  < 0.3 !!!

  4. !!! Thickness of Cu on top and bottom: 0.105 in each layer !!!

  5. Track width: 0.25

  6. Mounting hole(2 hole): 0.8 

  7. Top and bottom protect cover: YES

  8. Other parameters are at the manufacturer's discretion.


First order 10 boards, If we are satisfied with the quality, we will order 800 boards.
